Why OKRs and Why Now, is a crucial question that today’s business leaders must answer when adopting a change management framework like OKRs. It’s important for leaders to ask themselves, what threat or opportunity requires our company to be more strategic and tactical in this moment, and what steps do we need to take in order to successfully deliver?

The Certified OKR Leader training is designed to provide attendees with answers to these questions. In this four-hour course, we discuss the importance of strategy as a pillar to a healthy OKR program, and we teach the importance of change management and psychological safety for developing outcome-driven organizations. Attendees participate in an OKR writing workshop, and we wrap up the course by learning the key steps to going from company strategy to business value and delivery.
