Apodaca Consulting was founded by Jim Apodaca, a Fractional Chief of Staff and executive operator with more than 20 years of experience working across startups, growth-stage companies, venture-backed organizations, and large enterprises.

His experience spans strategy, business operations, program leadership, product development, technology, and cross-functional execution.

But the common thread has always been the same:

Helping leadership teams turn important priorities into coordinated action and measurable progress.
