Certified OKR Change Agent

The Certified OKR Change Agent training is a four-hour course designed to provide attendees with an advanced understanding of the OKR framework and equip them with the tools to drive change in their organization. Attendees learn the foundations and mechanics of OKRs, and the vital steps necessary to creating and building a healthy OKR program.

Attendees participate in an OKR writing workshop, and we wrap up the course by reviewing the three critical phases to building a healthy OKR program including strategic development, training, and delivery.
